Do your auditors come on-site or is it online?
You can request either remote internal audits (which are completely allowed by 3rd party registrars) or you can request an internal auditor to come onsite. If you prefer our auditors coming on-site, then you'll simply add on flight and accommodations to the quote.
How are your auditors qualified?
Lean QA auditors all have a minimum of 10+ years in the quality assurance industry and must go through rigorous training every year & pass an exam to stay current on each of the standards they are auditing.
What audit documentation will we be getting?
We have spent 15+ years perfecting our audit documentation for companies. All 3rd party registrars and auditors love our documentation. If you would like you can request to see an example of all the audit documentation you will receive. We are also happy to customize our documentation to meet your needs or to work with your current documentation.
How long do the internal audits take?
The internal audit process depends on company size. For businesses with 1-50 employees it will be a 2 day audit. 51-100 employees will be a 3 day audit. 101 - 150 will be a 4 day audit. For employees above 150 we will work with you to customize the schedule.
